The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: All orders for products not in stock are sent to the designer's company and works starts within 24 hours after the order is processed. Our products are handmade and are usually not ready to order. The high quality products are usually ready within seven business days after order is processed, excluding stretching and framing for the Wall Paintings/Mixed Media Paintings. This is all done for you personally with great care, to ensure highest of quality.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take five business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
